Small Batch Red Currant Jam Recipe

When you only have a few cups of red currants on hand, this Small Batch Red Currant Jam recipe is ideal. The tart currant flavor is offset by the sweetness of the sugar and the acidity of the lemon juice. This jam goes great with toast or as a topping for yogurt or ice cream.

Instructions

  • Remove any stems and leaves from the red currants by washing and picking them.
