Homemade Stone Fruit Jam Recipe

- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 lbs stone fruit, pitted and chopped

- Cook Time: 40 minutes
- Total Time: 50 minutes
Instructions
- Combine the chopped stone fruit, sugar, and lemon juice in a large pot.
- Cook, stirring occasionally, for 30-40 minutes, or until the fruit has broken down and the mixture has thickened.
- Remove from the heat and set aside for a few minutes to cool.
- Transfer the mixture carefully to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
- Pour the jam into clean, sterilized jars and set aside to cool before storing in the refrigerator.
