Instructions

  • Bring rose petals and water to a boil in a saucepan.
  • Remove from the heat and set aside for 10 minutes to steep.
  • Remove the rose petals and strain the liquid.
  • Add sugar and lemon juice to the liquid in the saucepan.
  • Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved.
  • Allow the gelatin to soak in the liquid for 5 minutes.
  • Stir the mixture constantly over low heat until the gelatin is completely dissolved.
  • Remove from the heat and transfer to a glass jar.
  • Allow to cool to room temperature before chilling for at least 2 hours.
