  • Cook Time: 20 minutes

Instructions

  • Combine the pomegranate juice, lemon juice, and sugar in a large pot.
  • Bring the mixture to a boil over high heat while constantly stirring.
  • Continue to boil for 1 minute, stirring constantly, after adding the liquid fruit pectin.
  • Take the pan off the heat and skim off any foam that has formed on the surface.
  • Fill sterilized jars with hot jam, leaving 1/4 inch headspace.
  • Clean the jar rims and threads before covering with lids and screw bands.
  • In a boiling water canner, process the jars for 10 minutes.
  • Remove the jars from the canner and place them on a wire rack to cool.
  • Check for seals and store for up to a year in a cool, dark place.
